We do not often get complaints about our water pressure unless we are experiencing issues from the main. We regret that you could not be more positive about your stay with us as our goal is to ensure that every guest has as enjoyable a stay as possible. On check out guests are also invited to call down to front desk so that someone can assist them with their baggage.
We can only apologise that when your room was ready and you came to collect your luggage, you were not offered assistance to your room. You checked in early on the day of arrival and so your luggage was stored until your room was ready. It is our policy on check in to offer assistance to the room as we do not have lifts or elevators.
